Brazos River at Seymour affecting Baylor and Knox Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Brazos River at Seymour. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning to early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Short duration flooding affects low-lying areas along and near the river in southern Knox and southern Baylor counties. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 2.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to 13.4 feet tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
